Yangquan TV, a government run broadcaster located in Yang Quan City in the Shanxi Province of China, built the truck to address a growing appetite for enhanced resolution in sports programming.

The Company has announced the release of an Ultra-Low Latency Mode, a Ā breakthrough development that combines parallel processing with GDR (Gradual Decoder Refresh) and a suitable CPB (Coded Picture Buffer) to achieve encoder latencies as low as 10 milliseconds making it desirable for any broadcaster of live events such as sports or news.
